8. Happiness is Here - David Brown

I am super excited to release this episode - it is my first recorded episode in almost a year! Times are absolutely crazy right now, but I am here to remind you that we are going to get through this. Keep challenging yourself, keep doing the things that bring you joy, and keep moving forward.

Today, I am joined by my good friend and former Disney colleague, David Brown! He is a true entertainer who has made a life out of putting a smile on everyone's face. We discuss the impossible standards of social media, the madness that is our country, and the difficulty of keeping promises to ourselves. David unapologetically opens up about his depression during the pandemic, so please, go with grace as you listen.
